Miss Hollywood does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because our products are sourced and processed specifically for customer orders, all purchases must be reviewed carefully before checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and photos of the packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit or another resolution at our discretion.
