How Delivery Works

Miss Hollywood delivers directly to your provided address in Ghana.

No pickup option is available.

 

1. You place and pay for your order.

All products must be paid in full at checkout. We do not accept deposits or partial payments.

2. Your order is processed.

After your order is confirmed, your item(s) will be prepared for fulfillment and delivery.

3. In-stock items arrive fast.

Products that are already in stock in Ghana are typically delivered the same day or within 1–3 business days.

4. Pre-order items.

Some products are available by pre-order and are imported specifically for customers. These items typically arrive within approximately 35–45 days after shipment from China to Ghana. Processing times may vary based on shipping schedules, customs clearance and logistics operations.

5. We keep you updated.

Our team may contact you using the phone number or WhatsApp number provided at checkout if additional delivery information is needed.

6. Door-to-door delivery.

Every order is delivered directly to your address. We do not offer pickup locations.

7. Delivery is FREE.

We offer free door-to-door delivery throughout Ghana. No additional delivery fees are charged at checkout.

Important Delivery Notes

Please enter the correct phone number, WhatsApp number and delivery address at checkout. If we cannot reach you, delivery may be delayed.

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processing, local courier availability, weekends, holidays or weather conditions.

Package Inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the item and photos of the packaging.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.
